The Story:

An exceptional Chinese glazed terra cotta vase or jar, known as ‘Hu’ from the Han dynasty period used to store wine, oil, and grain. There are incised rings around the belly. Much of the original green glaze has remained, resulting in a blue-green silvery iridescence and the worn, crater-like surface is absolutely beautiful.
