The Story:

A very charming and distinct French oak rectangular table from the 19th century. The beautiful, aged patina is original. The apron is scalloped on all four sides and features unique Latin carvings. Sturdy chamfered square legs with carved symbols on the corner posts. The apron height is 24.38 inches. Found in Provence.
The Latin is most likely medieval Latin since it has a separate letter for V and U. The English translation is as follows:
“If a converted one will have fallen onto the ground – still the force of unity is strong.”
We offer expedited, fully-insured, custom packaged / crated, domestic and global shipping, including delivery to the door service, delivery to a receiver service, and white glove service, which includes inside setup with debris removal. Please inquire for more information.
