19th Century French Zinc Grape Hod


A late 19th century French zinc grape hod. This beautiful grape hod was once used to pick grapes and features the Chateau La Carte Saint. Emilion cote of arms, which is a vineyard in the Bordeaux region of France. The Saint. Emilion Grand Cru is a fine, low production Bordeaux blend red wine.  Circa 1890. 

This grape hod would make a lovely wall display, kindling bucket, umbrella stand, or a container for chilling your favourite beverages. It will bring country French charm to any space and would make a wonderful gift for the Francophile.
