A rare 18th century Swedish Baroque period, circa 1720, two-part cabinet in original, untouched paint with arched cornice and richly carved, raised panel doors. The upper section features two small drawers and three shelves, one shaped and notched for spoons. The lower cabinet has two internal shelves. Original working locks and keys. There is a note in one of the drawers dated 1717, stating that the cabinet came from the furniture maker Vocken. These cabinets were made between 1700-1750.
